306104 - the location bar is blank and you cannot type or select anything

I have tried the F6 button to get into the location bar as well as removing it
and adding it again with the customize option.  Deer Park said that it had
another version to install and asked if I wanted to.  I said yes and now the
location bar doesn't work.  The website and security icons do show up in the
location bar but i am un able to edit, select or type in the field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.For me just open the browser and it doesn't work.

Allow you me enter text
