User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6

At some pages exsample http://www.mininova.org. The page starts to load , then
after about 30 secs aol pops up and starts to load the program, and brings to
the logging in page. But other websites ex. hackaday.com, the pages loaf fine.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a web page like http://www.mininova.org.
2.Wait about 30 seconds.
3.Aol loads up, page on firefox doesn't

Actual Results:
Exit out of aol, tried again, but aol came back.

Expected Results:
Aol shoud not have loaded, the page should have came right up.
Not only does AOL load, firefox crashes. Any pages currently loading, stop
loading. Firefox needs to be closed down and reopened. Firefox will not stay up
for more than about 5 minutes.
This is a serious bug. It not only opens aol, it causes firefox to crash. This
happens at the very least every five minutes. I can't even use firefox right
now. This only started happening recently (within the past month). It never use
to happen before.
do you see this problem when using firefox 3?

WFM, Firefox 3.0.7pre 2009012304 on Linux. The AOL popup does NOT appear
though, so I guess the page has changed. Please reopen this bug report
if you can reproduce the problem in Firefox 3 or newer.
