Filing under Core, Networking: Cookies for now, although I'm really only
concerned with SeaMonkey personally.

In the Cookie Manager there is a "Remove All Cookies" button. It would be nice
if there were also a "Remove All Session Cookies" button, so that permanent
cookies could remain, but you could quickly get rid of session cookies without
closing all SeaMonkey processes.

I know that, currently, you can workaround this by adding the "Expires" column
to the manager, sorting by that column to bring all session cookies to the top,
and then manually deleting them - but a single click to do the same thing would
be far more convenient.
or in the 'Clear Private Data' dialog box ...
Is "Clear Private Data" part of Firefox? I don't see that anywhere in
SeaMonkey. (Which doesn't mean that I'm not just blind...)
Summary: There should be a "Remove All Session Cookies" button in the Cookie Manager. → Cookie Manager: add "Remove All Session Cookies" button
