Non localized warning.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the url http://www.dll-downloads.com/dll_usersubmitted.asp using a
french version of firefox (1.0.6)
2. Wait a few seconds

Actual Results:  
A dialog box appears in english saying that a script is causing firefox to run
slowly.

Expected Results:  
The text in this dialog box should be localized in french.

I tested this bug in the latest fr build, sorry but the page describing bug
guidelines did not specify where localized build are.
Tested in buid Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.9a1)
Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.6a1 and its in french
