Right now, out of security reasons (AntiVir refuses to delete virii which come
with certain emails) I set TB to dl headers only so I can sort out dangerous
ones in advance. Because it's lots of emails I get, checking emails now takes me
much longer than before, because I can't select several clean
header-only-messages at once to download the content. Currently I have to select
and click every individual email to download, also, I can't do that quickly with
every message but have to wait until the clicked2download message is actually
downloaded. What would be helpful as well is that TB remembers which message I
clicked for a complete download so I can move to the next one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to download more than one header message at once

Actual Results:  
won't be possible (no "Only the headers for this message were downloaded from
the mail server. Click here to download the rest of the message." visible).

Expected Results:  
Show the above message when selecting several messages at once
