You have checked that FF is still the default browser, I assume (e.g. usign Start -> Run then putting something like http://www.mozilla.org)?

FF is definitley the default browser. The problem only occurs if clicking links in HTML emails in Outlook (text links appear to work ok). If I set IE7 as default browser, fault doesn't occur.

Excuse if I misunderstand the problem, but have you set HTTP to Firefox and unchecked "Use DDE" in Folder Options > File Types?
If FF is te default browser, and works for other programs, etc. then this must be Outlook, I guess. As has been pointed out in other bugs, just because FF is set as the default browser doesn't mean apps will respect that - some are hard-wired for a certain action. Could this be a problem with IE7?
