When renaming a folder that is not currently open, it should not be opened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on a folder in the left-panel
2. Click Rename Folder...
3. Type a new name
4. Click OK
Actual Results:  
The renamed folder was opened.

Expected Results:  
The current folder remained open.
