After clicking on the Virtual Account Number link, everything works normally
until after the Virtual account Number pop-up. The pop-up appears normally; I
can log in, although I have to use the enter button, the mouse click on OK does
not work. After that the entire pop-up is active. This works perfectly on
Mozilla, as well as Safari and Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into: https://www.accountonline.com/Login?siteId=AC
2. Sign-On to Account
3. Under "New Citi Service", click on "Virtual Account Numbers"
4. Launch "Virtual Account Numbers from the website.
5. After accepting the terms and conditions, a pop-up appears in the upper left
hand corner of the page.
6. Enter user ID and Password. After that the pop-up becomes inactive.
Totally non-responsive except for the red button which gets rid of the pop-up.
Actual Results:
Not able to perform any of the functions re: virtual account numbers.

Expected Results:
After verify account information, should have displayed a list of options which
were activated by a mouse click on the various links or bulleted items.

This same problem occurs on the other Citi-Bank Credit card site:

https://www.citibank.com/us/cards/index.jsp

Summary: Cannot get Virtual Account Numbers. → Cannot get Virtual Account Numbers.
Bill, I'm not sure we have a way to verify this or see what's going on without access to the account. That said, can you try this in the Firefox 1.5 Beta 2 (or Release Candidate if it's out when you get this message)? If the results are the same, this is a core bug.
