Firefox appears to ignore this setting and show the cursor blink rate at it's own speed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start firefox 2. Tab to an edit field 3. Look at he blink rate of the cursor Actual Results: The cursor blinked slowly Expected Results: The cursor should blink as fast as I have it set. This will prevent 508 compliance and will limit firefox being used int he US federal govn't.

WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050917 Firefox/1.4 Make sure you're using the Accessibility Options -> Display setting in the control panel and restarting Firefox after making any changes.
