When trying to change the default desktop for mozilla.exe (Installer version, 
03/07/2000 build, Mozilla crashes and the "illegal operation window gives the 
following info:

Mozilla? What exactly do you mean by "change the default desktop"?

What I mean is that I was trying to change the default icon when I made a 
shortcut on my desktop. doesn't seem to affect other builds. might as well 
squash this bug.
