Today's linux build (2000030809m15) shows this.

1. Install and launch the browser
2. Observe that the browser loads the url    
'http://home.netscape.com/browsers/redirect/6/start.html' 
3. The default home page setting in Prefs menu shows" home.netscape.com".

Pls note that this hapens only on the initial launch of the browser.
Came to know that this is a desired feature for a new profile on an initial 
launch. So am marking this bug invalid.
