You are now able to select a <blockquote> by simply clicking on it (no Ctrl+Click).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the URL.
2. Go down to the part where there is a sub-result and click it.

Actual Results:  
The <blockquote> is surrounded by a dotted border.

Expected Results:  
No border.

This is a regression from bug 311111. Works in 2005-10-03-08 and busted thereafter.
