Seen using version 1.5 Beta 2 (20051006).

STR: 

1.  Click on the Address Book Icon
2.  Click on New Card
3.  Observe that various tool tips appear when you are not in the area near
them. When I got to create a new card, the tool tip for "Create a new address
card" and "Go the address book" both show up while I am managing my address book
entries.
