Details

I tested this with the SSL-J toolkit.  It's tough to reproduce without an SSL
server you can turn off.

Basically, if the server shuts down unexpectantly, there is no warning issued.
This leads to mozilla not loading pages, but giving no feedback as to why.

Annoying, but not crippling.
reproter - are you still seeing this with new builds or m15?
