User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050910 SeaMonkey/1.0a Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050910 SeaMonkey/1.0a I upgraded from Mozilla 1.7.5 to this Seamonkey version. Problem also present at Mozilla 1.7.12. Didn't try builds in between, so problem is likely appeared somewhere there. Going back to 1.7.5 fixed the problem. Problem is: right click (or ctrl, or middle, etc.) and selecting 'open link in new tab/window' does not work - no effect - when done on webpage. Works ok if tried from bookmarks or email. All other tab options seem functional (can create new, duplicate, close, etc.). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Select any link on any webpage. 2.Right click - open link in a new tab/window. Or: ctrl-click. Middle button-click. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: Opened a new tab. Chrome theme. Window XP, no service packs. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at piokon at post dot pl.
WORKSFORME on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051030 SeaMonkey/1.0b Mozilla 1.7.12 works fine on my Windows XP PC too. Are there any particular sites you see this issue on?
Deleting chrome directory and reinstalling mozilla has solved the problem, so I think you can discard this bug, especially if it has not been reported by others. Tnx!
