312887 - empty contact if I click icon on the attached vcard with Russian symbols

Then I get a message with attached vcard, I can see e-mail, name and the vcard
icon at the end of the letter (were Russian symbols used or not). But if I click
on this icon to add vcard to my address book I get a "New card" window but all
fields are empty if this vcard was in Russian.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create any vcerd with Russian letters 
2. send it as attachment
3 [review]. try to add it to the adress book

Actual Results:  
Empty fields in a "New card" window

Expected Results:  
"New card" window with fields filled from vcard

Confirming on:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051018 SeaMonkey/1.1a

and moving to core address book as it affects both TB & SeaMonkey.

A quick look at the code with some debug suggests that for the form on the mail
window we are reconstructing the vcard using our code and that we are probably
messing up the encoding when we do that, hence it doesn't read it in correctly
again.
