have had both Netscape and Mozilla Quality feedbacks -demanding information . Found Winoa386.mod.exe bleived unauthorised - Removed !

Uhm... could you please provide some more information? You can access the talkback IDs by opening up talkback.exe which is in Mozilla Firefox\components. Although, the talkback IDs from when the crash occured are probably useless, crashing again and posting the new ones would be helpful.
