Bug 245684: PNG (checked in) and JPEG (not checked in yet) encoder patches,
with ToDataURL for canvas (checked in).

Bug 271498: Patch for context menus always appearing in the top left when using
the keyboard (it should use the cursor position). Reviewed but not checked in.

Bug 245418: Menus and contextual menus sometimes appear on the wrong screen
for multi-monitor systems. Checked in to tree and 1.5 branch.

Bug 302050: Spellcheck as you type for form fields. Got review, polishing patch
and waiting for SR.

Bug 297887: onpageshow/onpagehide addition for bfcache, checked in.

form received, that was a fast turnaround with all the SRs. over to justdave for SSH key and this one is good to go.
