I was trying to attach a file to an email through my webmail and clicking the attach button closes the browser. Happens both in Horde email system and mail.com's email system, as well as facebook.com's picture upload feature.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find an html upload spot (ie webmail send message page)
2.Attachment>Browse>file.xyz
3.Click OK
4.If it doesnt automatically upload it, click 'Attach' button
5.Watch it dissapear
Actual Results:  
Crash, sometimes the bug reporter comes up, sometimes not.

Expected Results:  
Uploaded the file and returned you to the message page.

This WorksForMe on the fastmail.fm webmail interface.
A complete reinstall of FF fixed it...
