modify all perl code to change the 'shebang' line to read /usr/bin/perl
Why bother changing the references? When configure is run, it will detect the location of perl. This value is then substituted into the scripts when 'make install' is run.

two reasons really 1) I like to be consistent and I've seen the other webtools this way and 2) it lets me test faster I don't think I've ever used the configure step to install bonsai

Committed. I won't paste the log here, suffice it to say it touched every perl file in the repo. :)
