shuts down, I will be playing on Neopets and I get kerrnel 32 firefox and that's it the site is gone and it just does it will neopets, so what can I do fix that or what's wrong

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1after the crash I have to reboot again

Actual Results:  
this does not fix the problem cause I can get back to neopets and start playing and it will happen again

Expected Results:  
it shuts down again

why does it just happen to neopets site, I have reformated and everthing should be working fine, could it be becaues of window ME?
