On the bookmarks manager window, you can not manage toolbar items and appearance like you can in main FF window. User should be able to customize this window toolbar and items placing like main Window : Right Click -> Customize...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open bookmarks manager
2. Right click on toolbar

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens ...

Expected Results:  
Context menu show up customize item

With Firefox you can do nearly everything, in this case probably with some lines in userChrome.css.

Though that was not what the reporter requested, the request here is to have the possibilty to customize the icons like you can in the browser window
