Part of my work at the Foundation will involve working on the website. I need an account (and some education ;) before I can do this.

What are we blocked on here?  I think Zak's Foundation contract suffices for paperwork, but if not someone should outline the steps here so we can move ahead.
Zak can give me the form and I can activate.
