317916 - Pop-up (wanted) closes as soon as it finishes loading

The problem arises by pressing the link which should open a new window.
The window opens, but as soon as loading of page comes to an end, it is closed without any preventions.
I have un-checked "Block pop-ups"

2. Click "Подобрать слова" or "Уточнить регион…"
