Seemingly randomly, the tab-bar does not update itself when opening or closing a new tab.

This happended two times during 30 minutes

WFM with a clean profile with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/2007051502 Firefox/2.0.0.4.  Just opened 20-30 tabs, and they all seemed to show up on the tab bar as expected.  Not sure how else to test this.

I've never seen this happen with my general usage of 2.0.0.4, fwiw.
