Peng in #Firefox on IRC stated that getfirefox.com goes to www.mozilla.com and not www.mozilla.com/firefox/. This should probably be fixed as people that go to getfirefox.com want to go directly to Firefox's page and not Mozilla's homepage.

Then why does getthunderbird.com go to http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/? See this: <Peng> ss: It sends you to http://www.mozilla.com/ instead of http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/, and the only way to get to there from it is to click the Firefox and Thunderbird logo to go to http://www.mozilla.org/products/ and then click the Firefox link there, which will redirect you to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ . Is this just temporary or will it stay this way?

Ah... I had the old version of Mozilla.com in my cache, where you do have to jump through hoops to get to Firefox. Now you don't. I can live with it, but I still say it should go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ . (Matt Nordhoff == Peng, at least on irc.mozilla.org.)
