Steps to reproduce:
1. Install build 2000-03-14-12-M15(trunk) 
2. Create a new profile/or select a 4.x profile for migration
3. Once profile created, select and press start netscape or choose yes to 
convert 4.x profile

Actual results: Crash - everytime on WinNT, only first launch on Win95

Expected result: Launch of seamonkey
I'm seeing this on my NT box as well.  even if I delete my mozregistry.dat, it 
fails after profile creation.
