They block only Mozilla Suite and Seamonkey, but not FF and NS. You're using a browser or operating system that can't take advantage of all the features at citibank.com. For the best online experience, here's what we recommend you use: Browsers Windows® 2000 or XP Macintosh® OS X or higher Microsoft® Internet ExplorerTM 5.5 and higher Not supported Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and higher 1.0 and higher Netscape® 6.2 and higher 6.2 and higher Safari Not supported 1.0 and higher America Online® 7.0 and higher AOL for OS X ... If you're not ready to upgrade your browser or don't use one of these operating systems, you can still visit our site by clicking the Continue button. Hey, here's an interesting tidbit: https://web-ao.da-us.citibank.com/cgi-bin/citifi/portal/ao_online/editESignTandC.do?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&version=060107#CitibankOnline Citibank's contract says: > Citibank® Online > > If you are a Citibank banking client with an activated Citibank® Banking Card, > you can access your bank account(s) through the internet using Citibank® > Online. All you need is access to the internet with a browser that supports > 128-bit encryption, your Citibank® Banking Card number and ATM PIN and you can > enjoy the convenience and benefits of this service. IANAL, but it looks to me like a rejection of browsers that support 128-bit encryption is in clear violation of said contract.

Original URL now redirects to https://web.da-us.citibank.com/cgi-bin/citifi/scripts/login2/login.jsp Problem still exists, of course. Has anyone tried calling them out on their contract violation in comment 2?

Setting "general.useragent.extra.notfirefox" to "NOT Firefox/2.0" works for the Citibank website. And yes, I've complained to them about this for _years_, to no effect. -JW

(In reply to comment #4) > And yes, I've complained to them about this for _years_, to > no effect. -JW Thanks for your efforts thus far; please keep up the good work. Feel free to use their own contract in future complaints. That's an angle I'm not sure anyone's tried yet.
