When emailing the page location (opening a new message window in the email program with the URL in the message body), it is often useful to have the URL passed through a abbreviating service such as TinyURL.com or BabyURL.com. A similar functionality should be built into Camino for long URLs.

I understand that you can use http://tinyurl.com/api-create.php?url= as your URL and you get back just the tinyurl, and this might be useful for including this feature

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use email page location function.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Mail message window opens with page URL in message body.

Expected Results:
A very long page URL should be abbreviated for easy emailing.
Making a standard Camino feature dependent on a 3rd-party service that may or may not continue to exist/be free/keep the same API doesn't seem like a terribly good idea.
I agree with Stuart. We've said this same thing in previous bugs on other topics (del.icio.us integration for example).

For what it's worth, it should be fairly trivial to write a JavaScript bookmarklet that does this. Hit the Camino forum at Mozillazine and ask this question over there.
