Open up the attached testcase. Tab onto "Our mission". Try to shift+tab. Shift+tab should go backwards but it stays in the same place.

It seems the bug only occurs for the <a> element.

FWIW, this bug was found by the Social Security Administration years ago when they were testing to see if Mozilla was suitable for internal usage.

Is this still a problem with the latest nightly or release builds? cause it seems to be working with the STR
