When I tried to move some extensions it didn't work by shortcuts, because there are duplicated shortcuts in the context menu of the extension manager (german translation).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download and install the german translation of FF 1.5 ;)
2. open the extension manager
3. right-click on one extension

Actual Results:  
duplicated shortcuts:

Alt-U: 2x
"U(!)pdaten" & "nach u(!)nten"

Alt-D: 2x
"D(!)eaktivieren" & "D(!)einstallieren"
