As Dan Harkless pointed out in bug 247893 comment 8, there is no way to access the session history list(s) in Firefox using the keyboard. (They can be accessed using the mouse e.g. by clicking the dropdowns next to the back and forward buttons.) In most browsers, the "Go" menu serves this purpose, but in Firefox, the "Go" menu shows global history instead.
