User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060106 Firefox/1.5.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060106 Firefox/1.5.0.1

When adding a new search engine (such as the Food Network recipe search), the new engine appears at the bottom of the list below the Add Engines option. Drag and dropping it to the top of the list fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new search engine (i.e. Food Network Recipe Search)
2. Click on the search bar icon to change engines, and then drag and drop the newly added (FoodNetwork Icon) to the top of the list.

Actual Results:
The newly added icon disappears and a horizontal rule is added.

Expected Results:
The newly added icon should be reordered in the list to appear where you have drag and dropped it to.
Alternatively, drag and drop could be disabled as it is with the default engines that come pre-configured.

I was unable to replicate the bug with the reporter's steps.

The icons do appear at the bottom, right before the rule line and the "Add Engines..." option. I am however unable to order them by dragging and dropping the icons.

Drag & drop search engines does not work in the above mentioned build.
Maybe you are talking about blank lines - Bug 318306 ?
Updated to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060109 Firefox/1.5.0.1

No longer able to reproduce the bug. This issue was indeed 318306, however, I only noticed the blank lines after doing a drag and drop operation. Whatever it was has been corrected.
