Bug #322942 requires changes on OS/2 (thanks to Dave Yeo for finding the relevant changes and reporting it in the NewsGroup).

Thought I had done this but had missed removing a piece.

OK, I finally have it right.  The only question is the export of nsGfxdef.h.  It could be copied to the widget directory but right now it seems that it should be exported.
