The drag and drop folders implemented deferntly then bookmark item (with [****] key. Confusing most of user as not implemented.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Most of user thing that drag and drop folders im bookmarks menu is impossible.

Expected Results:  
be have this same behavior as bookmark
