32459 - Right click menu - block image option always available

If you right click anywhere within the browser content window the "block image
from loading" option is always available whether or not an image is there.

Also, the "open link in new window" should be the default right click menu
option since this is the most likely selection.

Fix in hand.  Will check it in as soon as the tree opens.

elig is right about one issue per bug report, otherwise it is very difficult to 
track them.  But in this case, both issues were so easy to fix that I fixed them 
both at the same time.  So there's no need for you to open the second report 
this time.  But in the future ...  ;-)

actually sounds like a dup of bug 32352 --but do lemme know if it's really
different.

Yes, this is a dup of 32352.  And in that bug report, law says that this bug was 
actually fixed elsewhere and this is the elsewhere that he was referring to.  So 
you can mark these as dups if you wish.
