When attempting to download mails(POP) with big attachments it fails, download bar running, and all network connection do not work.
Exiting thunderbird, does not solve the problem. In task manager, thunderbird and firefox processes still running, have to be terminated manually. Connections still down and have to reboot. During shutdown, XpCOM eventreceiver has to be closed manually

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open thunderbird
2. Download message (finds it but doesn't download)
3.
