Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.mozillazine.org/robots.txt
2. File -> Save as... (on Desktop) -> Ok
3. Shows up in the downloads but not on the desktop

Reproducible in beta version.

Same behavior if the file is opened from desktop, or other local location.

Same behavior if file is saved from the page source window.
I can reproduce.  This is minor, but can be confusing to the user.
