The Tbird chrome becomes ugly (default theme) when going from 20060124 to 20060125. It loses my prefs for no text, it loses the back and forward buttons, and the folder pane gets whacked.

Looks like all the prefs were reset with the checkin for bug 324194.
Looking at 324194 comment 5 the toolbar reset looks intentional though...
I don't think there's any actual coding changes that are going to happen for this bug. Not quite sure what the expectation is.
