When I forward an E-mail that contains embedded pictures the pictures disappear.

The message looks just like it did when I received except the pictures have been replaced with an empty boxes, with x in upper left corner, the same size as the missing picture.

I send all messages as HTML.

Thunderbird is the only program where I have experienced this problem.
It does not happen when I use Euroda, Outlook Express, or IncrediMail.
It does not happen when I use a browser, Mozilla, Netscape or Opera, to access my E-mail.





Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0.Send as HTML
1.Write E-mail with embedded picture(s)
2.Send E-mail
3.Check E-mail in Sent folder
4.Forward E-mail
5.Check E-mail in Sent folder.  The picture(s) have disappeared.

Actual Results:  
Told you that way back in Details, but

Embedded picture disappear.  Empty box with x in upper left corner in its place.  Box same size a missing picture.

Expected Results:  
The forwarded E-mail should look just like the orginal E-mail.

When I installed Thunderbird I imported my Eudora setting.
