I had a system crash Windows XP produced a report to send to microsoft. I was then taken to the  URL (in Dutch): http://oca.microsoft.com/nl/response.aspx?SGD=f9395e1b-a10f-4a63-97cb-219b587af2ff&SID=10
at the bottom of the page was a clickable icon that gives a certification error. Since this seems to be a microsoft site I copied the URL to IE to see if I could reproduce the problem. I could not. Copying the URL to a new tab in firefox reproduced the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy URL into firefox and IE respectively
2.

Actual Results:  
difference in page firefox and IE. Firefox has a clickable link "Het foutenrapport nagaan" to apparently browse the error report that does noit pass security.

Expected Results:  
I wouldn't expect to find a difference between IE and firefox here.

I have  screenshots of the relevant phenomena.

I don't see a link labeled "Het foutenrapport nagaan".  Where should I be looking?
