l10n of mail files
This looks fine to me, with some minor glitches:
In brand.dtd in other-licenses this:
<!ENTITY lang.version "1.8b5">
should be replaced with:
#expand <!ENTITY lang.version "__MOZILLA_LOCALE_VERSION__">
for CVS source l10n.
The copyrightText entity may need bumbing the (C) year to 2006 in messenger/aboutDialog.dtd.
The en-US URLs in messenger-region/region.properties are fine, but you may wish to replace them with Belarusian mozilla-europe.org URLs, if/when that pages ready.
Changes: 1) be/other-licenses/branding/thunderbird/brand.dtd <!ENTITY lang.version "1.8b5"> replaced with: #expand <!ENTITY lang.version "__MOZILLA_LOCALE_VERSION__"> 2) be/mail/chrome/branding/brand.dtd <!ENTITY lang.version "1.8b5"> replaced with: #expand <!ENTITY lang.version "__MOZILLA_LOCALE_VERSION__"> 3) be/mail/chrome/messenger/aboutDialog.dtd year in copyrightText set to 2006 The pages for mozilla-europe.org are not ready. I think, it is better to keep en-US URLs in region.properties.

r=me, this is good enough to start.
Please land your current work on the trunk first and synch it with the 1.8 branch for Thunderbird. That way, we have less merging to do on the way to tb3.

Forgot to mention, please don't land extensions/wallet, that has no right to live. I.e., should be strictly seamonkey only, and those are not in CVS so far.

I landed the translation onto the main trunk. But I don't know how could I merge the trunk to MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH. I searched internet and found that I could do the following things to do the merge: # cvs rtag initial_landing_mail_editor l10n/be # cvs update -j initial_landing_mail_editor # cvs commit Could anybody confirm that it is right way do the things?
