Hi,

My SeaMonkey 1.0 is using the english keyboard layout, instead of the german one.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hit any key which is not equal on a us - german keyboard




Window has only the german keyboard layout configured.

I just noticed the en-US, seems you didn't install the about 9 MB sized exe.
Wherefrom did you download your build? Did you install an exe, or unzip a zip-build? Did you create a new directory while doing this, or just install ontop of an old one?
Which extensions do you have installed?
