 315     You can't make [% terms.abug %] blocked or dependent on itself.

"You can't make a bug blocked on itself". That's right, you can't, because it doesn't make sense. It's not proper English.

I don't actually know how to fix it. :(

In technical writing the original, if considered clear in meaning and intent, 
would be all right. Given that you want a solution, it depends on whether you 
prefer the active or the passive voice:

"You cannot make a Bug block itself"
"It is not logical for a Bug to block itself" 
"It makes no sense for a Bug to block itself"
"Bugzilla does not allow a Bug to block itself"
"Bugzilla does not allow a Bug to be marked as its own Blocker"
"A Bug marked as blocking itself could never be Resolved"
et cetera, et cetera.

Try "Block/Blocked by" and "Depends/Dependent on".
