Details
Turns out we can read the profile directory much earlier than on profileafterchange. Darin says use "ProfDS" instead of "ProfD" to read the profile directory at xpcom-startup (or anytime really). So we can potentially move profile directory-dependant code earlier. Non-esential, but good to know.

I don't think this is relevant to the current design of this code. (And, generally, we want to move initialization and file i/o as far _away_ from startup as possible.)
