I have many bookmarks.  Upon opening Mozilla and clicking on "Bookmarks", often when I try to scroll down using the mouse wheel the bookmark entries will scroll slightly then suddenly scroll back down when I stop.  A search of Bugzilla indicates that thiw was fixed in 1.5.xx or so, but it is still here.  

As a side-issue, why can't the Bookmarks use a real scroll bar?

Running under Windows XP/SP2
MozillaAS v1.7.x is not supported anymore.

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
