Details

The mark in the middle of scroll bars is silly.
It contributes to the slowness and uglyness.

Now I'm using the raw Gtk scrollbars, which are
also very ugly. At least they are fast though.

Don't let not-invented-here keep Mozilla from
using the normal Win95 look. Win95 actually looks
pretty good. (forget the awful Win98 + IE junk)
netscape.public.mozilla.ui members are working on alternative Mozilla user 
interfaces; please feel free to get involved with them if you have specific ideas 
you'd like to see implemented.
