331082 - losing new incoming POP mail after filter work

seems to be similar to bug 319386

I have a filter zzz with the conditions (AND)
From contains xxx
To don't contains yyy
and with the action "Vom Server herunterladen" (I think this is "fetch body from pop3 server" in english version).
In the filter protocol I can read:

Applied filter "zzz" to message from ... - ...= at ... Action = Fetch body from Pop3Server

But the message is nowhere in my thunderbird.
I checked the inbox of my POP3-Server with the web-interface, but the message is there.

Other general settings are:
Download only, when size < 50 KB 
Download only headers: unchecked



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create filter
2.download messages (which match the filter)

Lack of information, resolving incomplete. 1.5.0.x is no longer supported.

Please comment if the issue still occurs in the latest supported Thunderbird 2.0.0.x or trunk nightlies.
