When deleting messages (downloaded via POP3), the last message deleted continues
to be displayed in the lower pane even after it is gone from the message list.
The barberpole progress indicator and pulsing Mozilla logo continue moving as
well. This can only be corrected by selecting another folder outside of Inbox.

This occurs both in threaded and unthreaded display mode. It occurs when
deleting one message at a time, or when selecting multiple messages for deletion.

I believe this is working now.  We do have an open bug where deleting the last 
(and only) msg in a folder doesn't clear the msg contents from the message pane.
