Each time you PM a user who is away, the server spams their away message back (it does this for other messages too, but this is the worst case). Having this appear for every line you send them sucks. What we should do is only display it if the away message has changed, saving it. One extra tweak we might want is to make sure we clear the saved value when opening a query, just to make sure each time it is opened they will see it once.

This captures away messages (301) and only displays them when it is not the same as the last one. To help with a user going /back and then /away with the same message later, it clears the saved value when going a whois. Also, as the 301 is handled even when part of a whois, it will suppress the message for every message sent to a query as it was already shown in the automatic /whois.
